Cute place to try Momo’s. We had the chicken and beef, the latter ones being our favourite. Service with a smile

There are so many new Tibetan restaurants at Parkdale. Decided to give this one a try which opened just few weeks ago I believe. As usual, it was a great meal. We tried Shabaley first time and it was really good. It's like a deep fried patty with beef filling. The Gyuma was juicy and delicious. The beef Chow Mein was also great. I love that they give generous amount of shrimp crackers as starters and I think it may be made in house. Try the Gyuma with the shrimp crackers. The service was really good and friendly. It didn't take long for the food to come out. The pricing is really reasonable with good portion size. The only only let down was the mango Lassi which wasn't really Lassi but like a mango smoothie (wasn't really thick and not much yogurt if any). Definitely would come back again.

Absolutely the best Hakka place in downtown tdot. This is true hakka cuisine with its abundance of garlic, gravy, and spices in every dish. Recommendations for first visit or intro to Hakka food: Hot and Sour soup, Chilli chicken with gravy I have tried the chilli dishes, soups, fried rices, momos, and manchurian dishes. All are authentic and exactly how Chinese food would be made in Tamil Nadu. The staff here are excellent. The chef is open to special requests, and after delivering special requests, he will come out of the kitchen to check on whether his work is satisfactory after the guests have tasted. This is the sign of a chef who is conscious of quality. I once asked the chef to amp up the spice level to the practical limits and he accommodated my request and delivered tasty results and he checked up on me. This is why this is my top spot for Hakka in Tdot. Their home made chilli garlic condiment is very flammable and you'll not find something like it at other Hakka places The food is always quick, as Hakka food should be. I have never been disappointed by this place. They are consistent in quality. The interior is simple but tidy and pleasant. The location on Queen-Jameson is also prime and makes this place easy to get to.

Delicious! We've ordered twice from here so far, and have loved every dish. I first ordered the chili momos, which were fantastic and yes, VERY spicy! Clears out the sinuses :P I then ordered the fried beef momos and they're wonderful as well! Can't wait to try more things!
